It’s been a while…
I was busy preparing the new website and filling it up with last year’s work.
The New Yorker was the highlight of the year.
I did a couple of full page illustrations for the magazine and one more for the New Yorker Festival. And this year the Critic’s section will be pared each month with one illustration from yourstruly. That really puts a smile in my face.
To work with such mytical publication still seems surreal.
There’s more to come and let’s see if you up for the job!
The new website was built by PONTO and I can’t thank those guys enough for putting up with my ramblings and for doing a very good job.
One color, one font and big (as big as your screen) pictures do the trick quite well.
No bell or whistles. It just show the work without any distractions.

Reskate! The nice folks at reskate ask me to draw on a skateboard.
The show will also display a lot of other great artists from Barcelona.

Hi there! This summer I had the good fortune to be asked for an illustration for the New Yorker Festival. And I got to go to NYC to see the campaign hitting the streets. Taxis, posters, screens, ice cream carts and a bunch of other stuff covered with one of my drawings…
A bit surreal actually :)
I have to thank to Sean Walsh (Creative Director) for the lovely work.
All of this will eventually end up in my website with a bit more care. I’m planning for December!
